Greets and dismisses patients, patient’s family members and customers, answers phone and enters data into patient medical record. Prepares appropriate documents and distributes them to responsible parties related to the patient encounter. Oversees charts and filing systems, accuracy of posting and deposits, compiles daily stats and provides support to office staff on technical job functions.
