Registrar Assistant is responsible for the university/college's system of student records in one of the following areas: registration, graduation, or maintenance of student records. Responsible for a substantively related area, such as military/VA registration or international registration. Being a Registrar Assistant requires a bachelor's degree. Position Summary
To perform functions in the Office of the Registrar related to registration, records management, and ad hoc project leadership. Reports directly to the Registrar.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Must understand and support the Mission, Vision, and Code of Ethical Conduct of Walsh University, as a Catholic higher education university as expressed in Ex Corde Ecclesiae, and possess the following:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred with 2-4 years’ experience in higher education registrar/academic office setting and experience with student database preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
Work Experience:
At least two to five years’ work experience in a professional setting (higher education preferred but not required)
Skills and abilities:
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with charity towards students, staff, and faculty. A positive attitude is a must.
