Regional Support Manager jobs in Oregon

Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Daily Responsibilities for Remote RN Case Manager:
    • The Remote RN Case Manager will be conducting comprehensive assessments of members health needs.
    • The Remote RN Case Manager will be developing personalized care plans based on members needs and input.
    • The Remote RN Case Manager will be providing member education.
    • The Remote RN Case Manager will be making outbound calls and taking inbound calls and will spend most of their day on the phone reaching out to members.
    • This will be a Contract Role (3 months with potential to extend), schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time.
    Required Qualifications for Remote RN Case Manager:
    • Active State RN License in the State of Oregon is required.
    • 2 years of clinical nursing experience as an RN required.
    • 1 year of telephonic case management experience
    • Experience doing clinical assessments.
    • Ability to work from home (Strong internet connection, private work space, and smart phone)

    Preferred Qualifications for Remote RN Case Manager:
    • TruCare or Vrtual Health Experience
