Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of sales management principles and techniques.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with construction clients, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.
• Travel within the Southeast USA region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings with the team.
• Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management.
• Strong understanding of sales management principles and techniques, including sales planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful sales plans.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the Southeast USA region as needed.
