A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
As a Regional Administrative Support Specialist, you provide crucial support to keep our marketing operations and accounts payable running smoothly. On the marketing side, you support our rebate programs by issuing credits and processing invoices. You also prepare reports, update statements, and attend events as necessary. For our accounts payable, you regularly process invoices from our factory and our external vendors, coding them properly and promptly resolving any disputes that may arise.
In addition to your day-to-day tasks, you contribute to keeping our office organized and maintain detailed records of all of the transactions that fall within your purview. You also interact with customers and vendors as necessary, always communicating with warmth and professionalism.
