Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Regional Brand Support Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis (25-30 hours per week). This multifaceted role encompasses the responsibilities of a Merchandiser, Delivery Driver, and Demo Events Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for promoting our brand through effective merchandising, timely deliveries, and orchestrating engaging demo events.
Responsibilities:
Merchandiser:
- Ensure products are counted, restocked, shelved, and displayed appropriately in retail grocery stores within Boise, Idaho, and surrounding areas.
- Communicate with buyers for new order placement and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
- Support in-store demo events to showcase our products and engage customers.
- Follow policies and procedures in the execution of tasks and while interfacing with customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
Delivery Driver:
- Safely operate vehicles to deliver products from our distribution center to designated retail locations.
- Load and unload products using proper equipment and safety procedures.
- Verify deliveries with retailers and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow policies and procedures in the execution of tasks and while interfacing with customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
Demo Events Coordinator:
- Plan and execute engaging demo events to promote our products and drive sales.
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, and product sampling.
- Interact with customers to provide product information and enhance brand awareness.
- Follow policies and procedures in the execution of tasks while interfacing with customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 30 LB, and to use standard warehouse equipment to properly lift and move heavier loads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Experience in sales and retail.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a strong team player.
- Must have own, reliable transportation.
