Retail Sales Representative

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies

Skills:
- Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations
- Experience in wireless sales or jewelry sales is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
