Role Description:
This position will lead and/or support sales efforts including targeting, research and closing new business with Developers, General Contractors (GC's) and National Retailers within the designated region. Supports marketing communication projects including trade shows, special events, and any other marketing support as needed.
Role Accountabilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new developers and grow the developer network.
Build relationships with existing developers.
Identify new General Contractors and grow the network.
Research current customers and potential customer targets to identify opportunities.
Identify opportunities and deliver revenue from assigned targets.
Collaborate with Business Development Manager to pursue national retailer targets.
Collaborate with the Strategic Relationships Manager to pursue General Contractor targets.
Coordinate with the Mall Developer Sales Manager to support national agreements.
Ensure CRM processes and procedures are followed.
Support the Core Division by serving as liaison between the Sales Team and internal departments such as Account Management and Project Management to meet customer and internal goals.
Support implementation of annual marketing plans.
Monitor retail industry trends and share information with the sales team.
Conduct quote follow-up for GC's and national retail customers.
Support coordination of sales materials for sales calls, trade shows, customer visits, etc.
All other duties assigned by supervisor.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or Public Relations.
5 years experience in sales
Direct experience in B2B selling businesses.
Direct experience with CRM.

Strong customer relationship management skills.
