In this role, you will: Develop and execute business plans that meet/exceed sales, profit, share, and trade efficiency targets for Brita and Liquid Plumr. Lead and direct all activities related to our Brand Advocate program, including setting omni channel goals, working directly with the Home Depot’s BA and Clorox Team members to meet HH pen, conversion, sales targets, while mining insights into action. Help develop and execute our Pro/Small Business Owner assortment strategy in-store and online – works directly with sales planning, Clorox NAM, and HD merchants. Conduct quarterly retail walks with the MET team and Clorox team to ensure retail compliance and share product knowledge across all categories What we look for: 5 years of CPG experience Analytically minded people and meticulous Intellectual curiosity to seek the why and how beyond the WHAT Customer facing experience; Home Depot experience is beneficial. Proficient on key Clorox/Sales analytical tools Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Power BI Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience concisely. Ability to work independently and within a team. Consultative/Solution selling.
