General Manager (GM)
We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff and operations of a Wings Restaurant located in Wichita Falls, TX. General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive and maintain good customer service. Previous management experience is required to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Set policies and processes
• Ensure employees work productively
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Maintain proper reporting in back office system

Skills

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role
• Experience with inventory ordering and restaurant management
• Ability to communicate with customer
• Outstanding leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
