Being a Regional Restaurant Manager designs high volume sales plans for individual units. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Regional Restaurant Manager typically reports to a top management. The Regional Restaurant Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Regional Restaurant Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. This popular rapidly growing fast casual health food concept is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for their Tallahassee FL location.
Home-based in Wilmington NC, they are a lifestyle brand that’s expanded nationwide with over 100 locations in 20 states. Immediate future growth plans include an additional 80 store build out. The concept serves a wide variety of healthy menu items, shakes, and pre-made meals for meal planning.
We are looking for someone experienced with a passion for health & wellness to join our family and help take the brand to the next level.- Minimum of 1 year management experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept
- Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
- Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
- Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
- Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success
- $17-$18 hourly pay plus bonus, and benefits
