    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Service Restaurant Manager to join our team at 40North Group's Steelworks restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, leading a team to success, and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

     

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

     

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
    • Lead, mentor, and train restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
    • Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff.
    • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to communicate updates, policies, and procedures.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to remain competitive in the market.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

     

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service dining environment.
    • Ability to work a 50 hour work week
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and financial analysis.
    • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.
