Job Summary:
The Regional Wellness & Sustainability Manager is responsible for all wellness and sustainability information and activity at assigned locations. A large part of the initial undertaking will be to ensure an accurate and dependable system for all information produced for customer-facing initiatives. They customize, support, coordinate and measure wellness and sustainability initiatives and provide nutrition education, training, communication and guidance to both RA and the client employees. They work collaboratively with the RA corporate team, dining service directors, regional directors, district managers, chefs and marketing managers, local and global counterparts, to promote and support corporate wellness and sustainability goals, objectives, strategies and policies; to develop and implement related programs and initiatives; and to ensure compliance with FDA nutrition labeling laws.
