Role Description : This position requires someone to serve customers and run the cash register as well as managing the team.

We are specifically looking for someone who is goal oriented, independently motivated, and willing to carry responsibility.

The ability to focus while handling intense situations is vital, along with great PR skills and the ability to defuse tense situations for a positive outcome.

Not just a team leader willing to train and manage according to our standards but someone who is willing to personally go the second mile.

Contributing to and strengthening our positive work environment is also essential. Creating schedules, coordinating front and back of house, and adhering to all safety and sanitation requirements are further aspects of the position.
