A Restaurant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager. The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Manager include directly supervising the restaurant employees, managing operations in the front and back of the house with a high concentration on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth, while constantly maintaining Denny’s standards of quality and service. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays when restaurants are busiest. A qualified applicant must be at least 18 years of age, able to move up to 50 lbs, have sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area, have basic math skills, including understanding of units of measure; and must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.
