WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As the Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing individual site business plans. Your role will encompass setting and achieving financial goals, ensuring compliance, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining asset quality. You will have the opportunity to develop and manage annual budgets for your assigned portfolio, including leasing strategies and recommendations for capital improvements.
Collaborating with the marketing team, you will help create comprehensive marketing plans and budgets. Additionally, you will work closely with the regional maintenance team to plan and execute capital projects across your portfolio, ensuring the overall success and growth of our properties.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU?
A master's degree, relevant industry designation such as CAM or CPM, and active involvement with industry associations such as NAA, WMFHA, or IREM are preferred but not required. A Washington Real Estate License would be a plus.
