Full time Regional Property Manager - 1030

A real estate management company with over 1000 units is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee properties and property managers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties within Oklahoma City.
• Supervise property managers and ensure efficient operation of all properties.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Oversee leasing activities, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease negotiations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to maintain property condition and value.
• Monitor financial performance of properties and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to property management team members.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management, preferably in a regional capacity.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
