As an Xpand Realty Property Management Implementer, your role is critical in enhancing our property management operations through the implementation and optimization of advanced technology solutions. You will work closely with our property management teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, work with programs, and elevate the overall experience for property owners and tenants. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership team and staff to identify needs and challenges specific to property management
• Identify opportunities for processes and improve workflow automation to deliver exceptional client satisfaction
• IT professional who designs, develops and maintains computer software at a company
• Provides technical support to troubleshoot issues and offer guidance
• Identify, analyze and improve existing business processes to optimize performance
• Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
• Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business process and making adjustments as needed
• Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management
• Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback
• Revising and updating procedures and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience in implementing and managing IT in the property management field
• Proficiency with Appfolio, Lead Simple and Trello preferred
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to staff
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Willingness to adapt to changing property management technology and industry trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
