We are seeking a strong leader to fill our Regional Property Operations Manager role.?The team member will become an expert in our property management process and ensure that their property teams are well-trained and supported such that our properties are operating efficiently and to the Fairlawn standard. Based in Indianapolis, IN, the Regional Operations Manager is accountable for the successful operations of a portfolio of properties scattered throughout Northwest Indianapolis and Avon, IN. This includes ultimate ownership of talent, training on and execution of the property management process, and keen oversight of the leading indicators of successful property performance. The Regional Operations Manager would have strategic and operational roles in the onboarding of assets, as well as providing ongoing management and leadership to Property Managers. The Regional Operations Manager reports to our Director of Residential Property Management and has frequent support from and interaction with all corporate functions within Fairlawn Real Estate.
