Regional West Health Services (RWHS) is an independent, not-for-profit integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to assist in the operations of the Regional West Physicians Clinic (RWPC). 

The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day business and practice operations of Regional West Physicians (RWPC) and reports to the Chief Network Executive. The Executive Director of Operations administers and directs the business and practice management functions of RWPC consistent with the policies of RWPC and RWHS. 

The Executive Director of Operations is broadly charged with aligning the business and practice management functions with the philosophy and direction of the Regional West Health System (RWHS) and RWPC to assist physicians and employees in fulfilling their responsibilities. The Executive Director of Operations will assist the Chief Network Executive in promoting the health services provided by RWPC to the community, and will work with the President/CEO of RWHS to ensure continuity and alignment of services between RWPC and RWMC.

As the RWHS Executive Director of Regional Services you will:

• Use managerial principles for multispecialty group practice management to manage, direct and coordinate the operations of RWPC;
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, policy making bodies, third party payers, patients and the public;
• Exercises judgment and discretion in developing, applying, interpreting and coordinating departmental policies and procedures;
• Assumes responsibility and exercises authority over assigned work functions;

You may be a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or related fields
• Five or more years of operations level experience
