The Position:
We're looking for a passionate Regional Director of Maintenance & Plant Operations who will be responsible for the planning, design, direction, implementation and finalization of all facility projects. This position will be responsible for managing the preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment, care, and repairs for the building and groups, including delegating and monitoring work orders, managing budgets, ordering parts and equipment, managing vendor relationships, ensuring OSHA, NFPA, CMS and safety compliance and monitoring electrical systems across multiple locations/facilities.
