Role Description
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Regional Director (RD) provides leadership for all aspects of their clinic territory with an emphasis on meeting short- and long-term goals, and clinic & staff development. They typically have oversight of 8-10 clinics spanning across multiple states. They provide leadership and oversight to their clinic territory, ensuring that all clinics perform to standard. The RD creates a KPI-driven culture across their territory, with emphasis on critical performance factors.
