    As a Regional Medical Director, you'll collaborate closely with other Medical Directors to develop and implement clinical services and objectives. Your primary focus will be on providing direct medical care while overseeing the clinical performance of providers and ensuring the highest standards of quality and risk management. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the implementation of PursueCare's clinical goals and new practices across partnerships and lines of business.

    • Provide direct patient care for 25%-50% of your time, ensuring hands-on involvement in clinical operations.
    • Act as the medical expert in engagements with vendors and non-medical facilities within the organization.
    • Collaborate with Clinical Leads and providers to enhance the overall quality of care and educate the medical team on care processes.
    • Establish measurable performance expectations specific to quality of care and provide supervision and evaluation of medical staff.
    • Manage clinical concerns when providers are unavailable and work with Clinical Leads to oversee professional education and training.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and promote a supportive environment for medical staff.
    • Offer medical consultation to other providers and oversee physician activities, including recruitment and credentialing.
    • Assist in policy and procedure development and undertake other duties as assigned.
    • Valid license to practice medicine in the Northeast.
    • Board certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
    • 10 years of clinical medicine experience, with at least 2 years in an administrative role and 2 years in telehealth.
    • Current knowledge of chronic care, psychiatric, and substance use disorder issues.
    • Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and cognitive skills.
    • Experience with targeted populations and related issues.
    • Willingness to cross-license..
    • Superior leadership abilities.
