Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Territory Manager (TM) dedicates their efforts toward the planning, support, execution, and ultimately, the success of multi-market sales and marketing programs. They collaborate on best program practices to uphold the standards of quality and compliance The TM, provides daily leadership to team members, and are responsible for the planning and performance of all programs they are assigned to.
The TM must maintain a continuously accurate quantitative and strategic snapshot of the conditions of the programs they are assigned to. The TM is accountable for the staffing and directing all personnel within their assigned markets/programs. The TM is ultimately responsible for the designated activities and support of program goals.
