Regional Marketing Manager jobs in Spartanburg, SC
Regional Marketing Manager develops and implements strategic marketing plans for an organization in a regional level. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Being a Regional Marketing Manager researches and develops pricing policies and recommends appropriate sales channels. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Marketing Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Regional Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Regional Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Core Job Responsibilities
- Manages nursing administration in identification of purpose and goals of nursing service and nursing education.
- Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates nursing care
- Coordinates staffing
- Manages budget preparation toward provision of adequate personnel, supplies and equipment.
- Assumes responsibilities for nursing care in assigned area.
- Counsels and evaluates nursing personnel for optimum performance and demonstrates and teaches the nursing staff the clinical aspects of nursing care.
- Develops and participates in orientation and in-service education programs for areas of specialization; assists and works cooperatively with faculty and student nurses who have clinical practice in the same area.
