Position Overview:
The Manager, Regional Marketing (the “Manager”) will work with the dispensaries and their Retail Market Directors to build the Columbia Care patient/consumer community; coordinating and directing patient/consumer acquisition activities, as well as managing patient/consumer retention efforts. Working well as a collaborative team member is imperative to success in the role, as is the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment where systems and processes are still being developed and maturing.
