Regional Human Resources Manager jobs in Wyoming
Regional Human Resources Manager designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs for a region within an organization. Ensures existing programs in compliance with government regulations. Being a Regional Human Resources Manager may lead the work of Human Resources Business Partners. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Human Resources Manager typically reports to a Director or top executive. The Regional Human Resources Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Regional Human Resources Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Attributes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in long-term care highly preferred
- Strong ability to manage, multi-task and communicate effectively
- Excellent work ethic, intense drive and initiative for quality service
