1) Proficient in data entry with regards to service tickets (new hires, position transfers, general, payroll, benefits, etc.) through Service Now.2) Proficient in data entry in Taleo Administration for posting of all open positions within the facility. Proficient with processes in Taleo to accurately move applicants through the system steps of offer to be made to the hire action. Proficient in processing / capturing all offer letters through e-mail and/or e-offer method in Taleo and filling all requisitions.3) Proficient in managing all new hires / re-hires through Accurate (background system) with respect to reviewing all completed backgrounds and prompting the Service Center when additional information is needed. Responsible for passing / failing all completed backgrounds in Accurate once reviewed as complete. Assures compliance through searches of previous work record / reference checks.4) Responsible for all on-boarding activities to include: scheduling of new hire / re-hire appointments with HR and Employee Health and processing of the new hire / re-hire service tickets through service now.5) Primary facilitator of the HR portion of New Employee Orientation that takes place twice a month.6) Addresses day-to-day “General” HR issues; demonstrates broad knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and acts as a liaison between employees, HRD, and Assistant HRD, listening to causes of concerns and disputes and relaying swiftly and appropriately.7) Provides leaders with tools they can use in addressing day-to-day HR issues; Acts as a liaison between employees, HRD, Assistant HRD, and Leadership staff, listening to causes of concerns and disputes.8) Demonstrates competency in customer service as HR staff member by building a reputation with employees and leaders served. Problems are reported to HRD and Assistant HRD to escalate.15) Stays abreast of changes with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.16) Proficient in data entry into the ICE system for workman's compensation claims; serves as secondary resource for claim input / management for workman's compensation claims.17) Assists HRD and Assistant HRD with recruitment functions as needed.
