We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Regional HR Director to join our team at VPG’s location in Wendell, NC (Raleigh, NC area).
The successful candidate will collaborate with VPG’s Global HR team to set the strategic direction for the human resources function for VPG’s North America region. The Regional HR Director will implement HR policy and procedures through the regional HR Management team. In addition, the Regional HR Director will facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, work with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues and resolve employee relations issues. The Regional HR Director will participate in new business acquisition activities for the region and develop and drive regional HR programs and initiatives.
