    Job Summary

    The Regional Human Resources Director (RHRD) will provide professional level support to include: employee relations; policy interpretation and application, talent acquisition, and performance and compensation management. The RHRD may carry out additional responsibilities to include organizational design, employee development initiatives and training as needed. The RHRD will work in an office within one of our established regions. The RHRD will have HR responsibility for all offices within that region. A hybrid in-office/working from home schedule may be available for this position.

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
    • Conduct employee investigations, summarize details, and provide recommendations
    • Support integration team during acquisition activities
    • Maintain and update company policies, handbooks and other related documentation
    • Ensure ATI compliance with all Federal, State, and local employment laws
    • Perform periodic audits of HR processes and adherence to these processes
    • Lead and/or support annual HR cycle deliverables to include: performance management, merit increases and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, succession planning etc.
    • Provide guidance to employees and managers as it relates to employment policies and procedures
    • Conduct termination meetings
    • Actively participate in AOP/labor forecasting process with business partners
    • Support Recruitment - as needed
    • - to facilitate process of candidate selection, interviewing, job offer, background check, and candidate on-boarding
    • Other related duties as assigned

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business related field
    • Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience with at least two (2) years as an HR Business Partner
    • Multi-site location client support experience a plus
    • PHR desired
    • Previous experience in coaching employees and management through complex, difficult issues
    • Travel required, some overnight
    • - varies between 30-50%

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
    • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
    • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
    • Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
    • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues
    • Proven adeptness in MS office suite usage
    • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and management
    • Bilingual skills a plus

    Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, faxes, and scanners.
