RESPONSIBILITIES
Under general supervision of the Director, Human Resources, is responsible for new hire orientation; employee data entry; coordinating completion of performance reviews; conducting exit interviews, and general Human Resources administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Four (4) years of related work experience. Experience in a Human Resources environment preferred. Experience must also include the use of spreadsheet and word processing software, as well as administrative duties.
OTHER
Ability to relate well with all levels of employees; communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Knowledge required of pertinent federal and state labor laws. Knowledge also required of workers compensation and State Disability Insurance. Knowledge of computerized word processing and automated Human Resources information management systems required.
STARTING SALARY
$25.04 to $27.54 an hour
