JOB SUMMARY:

Lesmeister Fleet Service Inc. is located in Rochester MN, on the south side of town. We primarily work on heavy duty trucks and trailers.

This is a full time position which would require you to work Monday-Friday, day-time hours.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year; pay will be dependent on your skill-set and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

We are looking for someone with both management and truck repair experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Managing relationships with customer accounts.
• Scheduling repairs and giving accurate time frames of when work is complete.
• Must have an aptitude for working with people and strong interpersonal skills.
• A dependable and consistent work ethic.
• An organized work space is expected.
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, brake, steering, hydraulics.
• Maintain vehicle records by documenting services and repairs.
• Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
