We are actively looking for individuals with strong customer service to join the team as a Customer Service Representative.

To serve this mission, the Customer Service Representative will interact with customers in persona, phone calls and web/email to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request regarding health, dental, and vision plans.  

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Interpret all plan documents to answer client questions regarding membership eligibility; benefits, provider network, deductibles, out of network and exclusions. 
• Route/document all calls requiring follow-up to appropriate claims/administrative staff and help assure timely follow-up. 
• Work closely with claims and administrative staff to assure positive and appropriate service. 

You may be a good fit if you have:

• A high school diploma
• One to Two general office experience preferred
• Knowledge of Third Party Administrator services, Call Center experience, and Medical Coding preferred
