    Full responsibility for aftersales topics in TH and Importers , coordinating over distance with associates in charge of topics in NSC MY. Drive synergies and regional collaboration. (Geographic : Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, New Zealand, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Cambodia)
    Responsible for the achievement of Parts, Accessories, Gear & Garment sales volume, turnover and contribution targets towards R3 and Market Managers
    Focus on short-, mid-and long-term development of aftersales processes and systems as well as customer satisfaction strategies.
    Steer Customer Processes in order to create the best in class premium retail experience for customers and business for our partners (importers/dealers).
    Agrees on regional customer satisfaction targets. Manage Customer Board for TH, participate in importers (IMP).
    Ensure implementation and adherence to Sales and Service processes that Technical support for TH and IMP together with technical specialist, oversight of MY: T-SARA cases, parts only technical request as well as ETK (Elektronischer Teilekatalog), EBA (Elektronische Betriebsanleitung) requests.
    Special cases management for TH/IMP: Intense discussions with dealers, importers, customers, lawyers, etc to solve customer/dealer complaints according to internal and legal requirements.
    Implement, manage and steer Customer Satisfaction Survey (Voice of Customer) for Sales and Service, result analysis, and consolidated KPIs and associated dealer bonus management.
    Warranty Administration for TH/IMP.
    Monitoring and Enforcement of Sales and Service Standards (work together with Retail Business Development).
    Warranty Extension Administration for TH/IMP.
    Goodwill management with technical specialist support for TH/IMP.
    Requirement
    Engineering Bachelor's Degree or higher or related fields
    5-7 years of experience in Aftersales or Dealer Development Functions.
    Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the 2-wheeler segment.
    Experience leading teams in a multicultural environment.
    Personal interest in motorcycles is preferable.
    Proven analytical and administrative skills.
    Fluent in Thai and English.
    Excellent negotiation and interaction skills.
    High computer literacy (Data Processing and Analytics, MS Excel)
