Regional Customer Service Manager manages a regional team of customer service representatives and ensures service levels are met or exceeded. Establishes efficient and balanced workflows that maximize efficiency and produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction. Being a Regional Customer Service Manager monitors and measures service metrics. Develop standards, improvements, or changes to process. Additionally, Regional Customer Service Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Regional Customer Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Regional Customer Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We're looking for local NON-CDL Delivery Drivers/Customer Service Reps. You must apply online, and you must have at least 1 year delivery driver experience and a current DOT Medical Card.
We work 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, delivering tires & products to our customer base.
You will be driving a box truck and your job would be to load your truck, keep track of items for delivery, get your loading manifest billed correctly, and get the product delivered to our customers.
You would also be responsible for using a handheld to enter tires picked up from customers, and bringing them back for processing.
You must be able to frequently lift more than 100 lbs.
You must be able to pass a drug test, and MVR/background check.
You MUST have experience with delivery routes and box trucks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $640.00 - $720.00 per week
