We are seeking a talented and experienced Regional BOH Chef to join our team at Crust Simply Italian. As a Regional BOH Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the culinary operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the back-of-house operations in multiple Crust Simply Italian locations

• Develop and maintain high culinary standards and ensure consistency in food quality

• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

• Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment

• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in computer skills for inventory management and scheduling

• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
