Birch Lake Hospitality is a third party hotel management company that focuses on making the hotel a better plays to stay, work, and own. we maximize efficiencies in operations, sales and marketing.

This position is required to be based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Responsibilities:

• Regional Director will provide leadership multiple hotels focusing on guest satisfaction, training and development, financial success.
• Regional Director will be required to travel 75% of the time and be on property performing property inspections, trainings, supporting General Managers, and reviewing property performance.
• Facilitate action plans based off property visits as well as properties performance.
• Acting as direct supervisor to General Managers and provide support virtually as well as in person.
• Regional Director property visits will be announced and unannounced
• Required to conduct weekly calls with your management team when not traveling.
• Monitor hotel revenue, guest service scores, and financial success
• Required to maintain Birch Lake Hospitality and Brand Standards.
• Be knowledgeable on all hotel brand standards
• Be knowledgeable on P&L performance
• Regional Director will be required to step in as acting general manager when a position is open.
• Regional Director might be required to step in and work desk shifts or housekeeping if needed.
• Regional Director might be required to travel over weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years a hotel general manager
• Minimum of 2 years overseeing multiple properties
• Ability to travel 75% of the time
• Ability to manage others virtually
• Ability to manage multiple properties and different brands.

Experience:

• Hotel General Manager: 5 years (Required)
