Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our team. As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and the ability to drive results. Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability - Manage sales activities, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to the sales team - Conduct employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are properly onboarded - Utilize mathematical skills to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions - Oversee retail management operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising - Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives - Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - Monitor retail sales performance and implement measures to improve productivity - Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer issues Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets - Excellent employee orientation skills to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively - Proficiency in math for analyzing financial data and making informed business decisions - Previous experience in retail management, including stock management and visual merchandising - Exceptional sales skills with the ability to drive revenue growth - Strong administrative skills for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting purposes - Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a leadership role. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
