We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Supervisor with Sales Experience to oversee our clinic operations and drive sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinic activities, ensuring the highest standard of patient care, and implementing effective strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise clinic staff and provide leadership, guidance, and support
    • Develop and implement plans to promote clinic services and increase patient volume
    • Monitor and analyze statistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
    • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
    • Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement of supplies
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
    • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster a positive and productive work environment

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred, not required)
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
