Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Director has primary responsibilities to coordinate and functionally supervise all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through Health Insurance Agents and other Financial Services professionals (Distributers) who provide and consult on services to business clients of all sizes. The Regional Sales Directors will successfully establish, maintain, and enhance credibility, communications, and relationships with Distributers and clients to sell Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA Lifestyle and Fringe), COBRA administration and Compliance Solutions to new and existing clients.
This Individual Contributor role will be responsible for selling TASC services in the Northern VA, Southern MD, Washington DC metro region.
You should expect approximately 10%-15% travel to the greater Washington DC metro area.

Qualifications:
* Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
* At least 3 years professional sales experience is required
* Previous relevant industry experience and/or connections is preferred
* Must be located in the greater Washington DC metro area and possess a valid driver's license
