Regional Administrative Manager manages the daily operations of an organization's staff and service functions.   • Job Summary:
    The Regional Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s warehousing operations and supervising the branch warehouse leadership across the region. The Regional Warehouse Manager will directly oversee the Region’s Warehouse Managers and/or Supervisors and will perform a variety of tasks to ensure company objectives for cost savings, warehouse operational efficiencies, and building/improving warehouse processes to advance the objectives set by the Executive team and the Regional Operations Director. The position directly oversees the organization's distribution, logistics, and warehouse departments. It requires a thorough understanding of the company's ERP system, material transactions, inventory control and management. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a thorough understanding of best-in-class warehousing processes and procedures.     Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Implement standard warehouse operations processes for receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and shipping.
    • Create and drive an organizational business development plan strategy that successfully allows the organization to meet its monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and initiatives.
    • Works with facility leadership to ensure all customer needs are met.
    • Proactively address concerns, conflicts, and interactions with team members across all departments of the organization.
    • Accomplish warehouse operations objectives by selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures; promoting corporate values.
    • Ensure all branch inventory accuracy by enforcing daily cycle counts and reconciling with the ERP system.
    • Oversee the physical condition of each warehouse and efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment while assisting with the planning of future capacity requirements.
    • Oversee the planned maintenance of all vehicles, warehouse machinery, and equipment and make sure employees are trained and regularly briefed on proper use and all safety requirements.
    • Maintain standards of health and security to provide a safe work environment with proper materials handling and storage.
    • Regularly communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, employees, and Corporate to ensure the quality of material and delivery standards are upheld.
    • Maintain and monitor all warehouse expenses as per location annual budgets.
    • Achieve warehouse operations KPIs such as, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, On-Time Delivery, cycle count entry.
    • Develop warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.
    • Secure property by developing protection and access policies and procedures.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
    • Assist with maintaining warehouse staff by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    Skills and Experience
    • 10 years of experience in warehouse operations management
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate or higher.
    • Excellent managerial and training skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of supply chain and fulfillment operations
    • Experience with ORACLE EBS warehouse management tools (preferred)
    • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
    • Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient with the Microsoft office suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Power Point)
    • Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs
    • Travel required: 25-50%
    Positional Requirements & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or related experience
    • Experience in stock control and management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Successful completion of background check and drug screen
    • Experience with ERP Systems used for issuing and maintaining inventory
    • Minimum 5 years warehouse manager experience or equivalent
    • Certified forklift operator
    • Extremely detail-oriented
    Essential Physical Functions:
    • Lifting up to 50 lbs
    • Bending, stooping, ability to stand for 90% of shift
