- Job Description: The Regional Branch Accounting Manager is responsible for providing Accounting and Administrative support for the region’s branches. The Regional Branch Accounting Manager provides resources to provide routine and complex support to different departments and ensures all day-to-day accounting and administrative operations are completed in a timely manner. The Regional Branch Accounting Manager must be able to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing environment and meet deadlines. The Regional Branch Accounting Manager leads and sets an example to provide a productive team environment that works well with all USA Debusk employees, branches, customers, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, train and manage employees to perform the region’s branches administrative functions:
- Must work well with others and seek to comprehend operational concepts to gain optimal efficiency in their job.
- Ability to take direction and deliver.
- Work closely with operations to facilitate managing the financial side of business in an efficient and prudent manner.
- Managing vendors
- Managing admin
- Managing close process
- Lead and manage branch administrators in the following areas, in compliance with Corporate, Regional and Branch requirements:
- Accounts Payable and Purchase Order Management
- Accounts Receivable , Billing and Collections
- DISA Maintenance
- Human Resources
- Payroll
- Regional and Branch Manager Financial and Accounting
- Proactively manages project tracking and cost analysis.
- Maintain project and job records to facilitate collectible billings to customers.
Qualifications:
- Education
- College Degree in Business Accounting preferred (Accounting Commiserate experience considered)
- Experience
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Project and Job Costing
- Full cycle Accounting/Bookkeeping
- QuickBooks, Time, and Attendance (ADP preferred), Microsoft Office , Power BI a plus.
- Tracks/CCM Customer Contract Management
- Support multiple groups.
- Skills
- Support Regional VP, Branch Managers and Controller -must be able to work at the direction of management.
- Ability to interface well with our customers.
- Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Manage 5 Administrative positions to support regional leadership.
- Time management and excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn our customers systems for large projects (CCM, Track, Arriva, etc.), and work with customers contacts to meet scheduled submittals and ensure the admins and timekeepers are trained and on schedule with all deliverables.
- Ability to trouble shoot processes to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to meet all daily and weekly deadlines for all departments.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

- Must pass drug and alcohol screen and all required background checks.
- Must be dependable, willing to work additional hours as required and be team oriented.
Salary: Salary to commensurate with experience
