Regional Administrative Manager manages the daily operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service areas that typically include administrative/office/financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. SUMMARY OF POSITION
This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director's office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs a variety of tasks including typing, filing, follow-up assignments and telephone coverage for the office of the Executive Director (which includes the Executive Assistant and the newly created Fund Development Manager).
Responsible for typing letters, memorandums, reports, proposals, grants, Fair Hearing forms and other reporting data.
Provides backup support to the Executive Assistant and primary support in the absence of the Executive Assistant in carrying out the overall responsibilities to the Executive Office.
Assists in coordination of meetings for the Board of Directors and its various committees.
When and if applicable, provides both written and oral translation services as needed.
Provides support and assistance to the Executive Office in the management of SCLARC/FOS Board of Directors and other Community Advisory Committees.
