Regional Administrative Manager manages the daily operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service areas that typically include administrative/office/financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Being an Regional Administrative Manager tracks capital and operating budget spending. Implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs. Additionally, Regional Administrative Manager sets performance goals and service targets for staff used to evaluate performance and to drive continuous improvement. Utilizes data analytics to measure activity and drive continuous improvement. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Administrative Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Regional Administrative Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Purpose

    Responsible for fostering a successful and cohesive relationship between the Franchisor and our network of Franchisees. Your primary objective will be to provide expert guidance, training, and support to Franchisees, assisting them in operating efficiently, adhering to brand standards, and maximizing their business potential. You will be the primary point of contact for franchisees that require support from the Freeway Insurance Home Office. You will work closely with Franchisees to align and maintain the Freeway Insurance company values and growth strategies.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide training and coaching to franchisees on operational excellence, product knowledge, customer service, and marketing initiatives
    • Assist the franchisee in efficiencies around systems, products, and services
    • Offer expertise and problem-solving support to resolve operational challenges, franchisee concerns, and performance-related issues
    • Collaborate with franchisees to support and document their business
    • Holding franchisees accountable to brand standards
    • Inspect the office operations
    • Observe sales activities and operations for specified periods of time
    • Review all books and records relating to the business (e.g., Sage Intacct, customer/carrier documents, etc.)
    • Support franchisees in maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure consistent brand messaging operational excellence
    • Travel as required to various franchise locations, including regional and corporate meetings
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and share insights with franchisees to enhance their competitiveness
    • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and recommend action plans
    • Assist in the implementation and roll out of new products, services, and processes
    • Act as a liaison between franchisees and the franchisor, conveying feedback, suggestions, and concerns in a constructive manner

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Experience in franchise operations, sales management, or field support
    • Strong understanding of business models, operations, and industry best practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate others
    • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret financial data and KPIs to drive business decisions
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing multiple projects and priorities effectively
    • Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours when necessary
    • Passion for fostering successful franchisee relationships and promoting franchise growth
