Additionally, Referral Specialist documents referrals, communications, actions, and other data in an information management system. Generates and distributes all applicable forms, notifications, and paperwork. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Referral Specialist works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
- Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
- Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Train and mentor junior technicians
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
