Job Summary
The Referral Specialist Coordinator will be responsible for training and implementing the Referral Specialist's workflow for their assigned clinics/locations. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that processes and audits are in place for our Referral staff to properly prepare and obtain authorizations and pre-certifications for patient referrals. The Coordinator will have oversight on all Referral staff to ensure verification of patient's benefits and eligibility are being met timely.
