This role is located at our regional office in Brentwood, TN
Kidlink Treatment Services’ network of programs includes more than 50 specialized educational and residential behavioral treatment centers. Each center provides programming for children and adolescents who may have been unsuccessful in previous treatment settings.

Position Summary
In this role you will be responsible for receiving, recording, disseminating, and tracking of referrals from markets assigned to the KidLink Network. Receives information from referral entities as well as distributes information to KidLink supported facilities and Service Advocates. Maintains the referral database so that cases are appropriately tracked throughout referral process from receipt of referral to admission into network. Works jointly with Service Advocates in communicating with customers and facilities the status of youth referred for admission.
Job Duties
Provides referral process and program information to potential patients, their families and referral sources.
Responds immediately to service and referral inquiries.
Upon receipt of referral packets/information ensure packets are complete, enter referral in database, generate Referral Information Sheet (RIS) and send referral to appropriate network facilities within one working day of receipt. Send RIS to assigned Service Advocate.
Maintain notes of all contacts involving each referral as well as update status of referral in the referral database and generate reports of those contacts to service advocates as requested.

Qualifications:
Education Required:
Bachelor Degree, Masters Preferred
Knowledge:
Prior experience working in marketing or referral development for a mental health or healthcare agency, preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in the use of electronic correspondence and word processing.
