Recruiting Supervisor supervises the activities of the employment department. Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Job Description
NEW Permanent Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor opening near Venice, CA!
Coordinates the provision of services for the Department of Imaging; assists in the planning, directing, and coordinating of activities within the department to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Health Center and the Department of Imaging.
Promotes quality service for patients in all Imaging sections.
Required qualifications :
- Completion of an ARRT approved radiologic technologist training program
- California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire -or-
- California Fluoroscopy Certificate / Permit upon hire -or-
- California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire -or-
- California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire -or-
- National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire -or-
- National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire -or-
- National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists upon hire -or-
- National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board upon hire
- 3 years Radiologic Technologist.
- Supervisory or management in hospital or medical setting
