Recruiting Supervisor supervises the activities of the employment department. Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Seeking an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for maintaining the control of processes in injection molding. Excellent career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and monitor the execution of the production schedule.
- Perform mold and/or material changes as dictated by the schedule.
- Perform process troubleshooting, part inspections, and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality.
- Ensure machine is setup correctly with the FAI and 1st piece to produce good parts esp. on the start of a new week.
- Verify paperwork for jobs and completion of inspections at startup of jobs.
- Perform in-process inspections and fill out relevant paperwork.
- Monitor and prepare support equipment (i.e. circulators, grinders, etc.) as needed in the production area.
- Assist in break coverage as needed.
- Measure results of job change over via IQMS quoted times to reduce downtime.
- Follow the organization's policies as well as any applicable laws while carrying out any of his or her duties.
Requirements
1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
2. 3 or more years of Injection Molding Process experience.
3. 1 or more years of Supervisory experience.
