What You’ll Do:

• Provide a dedicated presentation during new hire orientation
• Contact and transfer current drivers to various dedicated accounts
• Order and review reports by states to identify current drivers that reside in dedicated areas
• Answer approximately 1,000 incoming calls monthly from current drivers
• Track and report on all transfer drivers
• Ensure ECN’s are done on each transfer
• Support the dedicated account managers as needed

What We’re Looking Fo

Education

• Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma.

Experience

• Year of transportation experience, training, sales or recruiting

Skills/Certifications

• Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with personnel in all departments in all levels.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
